The Freedom Alliance began as the first major collaborative event, uniting the Low Sodium Helldivers admins, design expert Chechin, Helldivers news personalities Pondera, GoMan, and Strider of Valor, along with the leadership of the Wraith Corps, 9th Hellraisers, and 95th Helldiver Division player clans. It also brought together video editors like Marvelous Shenanigans, voice actor Commander Rod, and, unexpectedly, an expert chef named Oso. The goal was for the Alliance to grow and expand its lore, narratives, art, and activities. It encouraged contributions from anyone, inviting all clans and players to join and fight alongside to complete Alliance Orders.
